Refund policy

We take great care to ensure all our ceramics leave the studio in excellent condition and are packaged securely. However, breakages can occasionally happen during transit. Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items promptly for any cracks or damage. If an item arrives broken, we’re happy to replace it.

To request a replacement for a damaged item, email shop@mysterycreekceramics.co.nz within 72 hours of delivery. Include a photo of the broken item and its original packaging. While we aim to provide replacements as quickly as possible, please note that for limited-edition designs, there may be slight variations in the replacement piece.

Once your ceramic piece is in your care, it’s your responsibility to handle it with care. Our ceramics are crafted from high-quality, high-fired porcelain, making them durable yet still fragile. For best results, we recommend handwashing only.

Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
