Local Pick Up

Pick up from the studio is available Monday to Friday 9am to 7pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pick up. All orders are placed on the deck with the order name on them. This is contactless pick up. If you need urgent pick up please email alex@mysterycreekceramics.co.nz or call Alex on 021 990 630. 

 

Shipping within New Zealand 

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Due to COVID-19 shipments and processing times are extended by 2-3 days due to the volume of parcels being delivered within New Zealand right now.

If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
