Terms of service
We guarantee that all of our ceramics leave our studio in good condition, we package them with care but sometimes things break. Upon opening your order please be sure to check that there are no cracks or damage that has occurred in transit. We will replace ceramics that have been broken in transit.
If your items arrived damaged, please email alex@mysterycreekceramics.co.nz within 72 hours of delivery with a photo of the item broken and its original packaging. We will endeavor to replace the item as fast as possible but with limited edition designs there may be slight variation in the design of the replacement.
It is up to you to look after your ceramic piece once it is in your care. Our ceramics are made from high quality, high fired porcelain and are durable but still fragile. We recommend handwashing only.
Items will not be exchanged or refunded for change of mind.
